THAT the March 5, 2026 Agenda be approved as amended.

THAT Council receives the Consent Agenda items 6.1 to 6.28, and approves the February 5, 2026 Council Minutes, February 12, 2026 Forest Conservation By- law Special Council Minutes and the February 12, 2026 Special Council Minutes.

THAT Council receives the "UTRCA Invasive Species Collaboration" presentation from Rob Davies Forestry and Restoration Supervisor for information.

THAT Council receives the “Application for Redline Revision to Draft Plan of Subdivision - NP 24-01 - Maple Creek Properties” report; and Page 2 of 7 THAT Council approves the Redline Revision for Plan to Draft Plan of Subdivision NP 24-01 submitted by Baker Planning Group on behalf of Maple Creek Properties Ltd. for lands described as Part Lot 27 and 28, Concession 1, Elma Ward in the Municipality of North Perth.

THAT Council receives the “January 2026 Forestry Inspector's Report” for information.

THAT Council receives the “2025 Year-End Report for Stratford-Perth Archives” report; and THAT Council approves the report for submission to the Municipal Shared Services Committee meeting of March 19, 2026.

THAT Council receives the “POA Court Services 2025 Year-End for MSSC” report; and THAT Council approves the report for submission to the Municipal Shared Services Committee meeting of March 19, 2026. Page 3 of 7

THAT Council receives the “Paramedic Service Annual Update 2025 - Municipal Shared Services (MSSC)” report; and THAT Council approves the MSSC report to be presented during the March 19, 2026 MSSC meeting.

THAT Council receives the “Perth County Stewardship Program Report” for information.

THAT Council receives the “Initiatives 2026 Update – Doors Open and Roadside Planting" report for information.

THAT Council receives the “Warden’s Activity Report – December 2025 & January 2026” report for information.

THAT Council receives the “Warden’s Activity Report – February 2026” report for information.

THAT Council receives the “2026 Stewardship Program Intake Results” report for information.

THAT Council approves the applications for the 2026 Stewardship Program as amended in Table 2 of “Report 2026-058 2026 Stewardship Program Intake Results” to include the addition of the Perth South application prorating all other applications.
