THAT Council receives the delegations (Items 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6) on Item 8.1.1 Punkeydoodles Corners.

THAT Council amend the original motion by removing "THAT Council endorse the recommended intersection improvements at Punkeydoodles Corners for implementation in 2024 as detailed in Report; and THAT Council pre-approve $330,000.00 as part of the 2024 capital budget to fund Perth County’s portion of the proposed capital works at Punkeydoodles Corners."; and THAT Council amend the original motion by adding "THAT Council defer the decision and direct staff to engage with the consultant to attend the December 21, 2023 Regular Council meeting to provide justification to the decision presented in the report."

THAT Council receives the “OPA No. 219 - Cleland, Shawn & Amanda - 5621 Line 81” report submitted by MHBC Planning Ltd. on behalf of Shawn & Amanda Cleland; and THAT Council APPROVES the Official Plan Amendment No. 219 to the County of Perth Official Plan affecting lands described as Part Lot 22, Concession 4, Elma Ward, Municipality of North Perth.

THAT Council receives the “October 2023 Forestry Inspector's Report” for information.

THAT Council receives the “Perth County Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee Appointment” report; and THAT Council appoints Alice Mainland to the Perth County Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee.

THAT Council receives the “2024 Board & Committee Appointments” report; and THAT Council approves the Board and Committee Appointments for 2024.

THAT Council receives the “2023 Year-End Activities Report from Stratford-Perth Archives for MSSC Meeting of December 21, 2023”; and THAT Council approves the report for submission to the MSSC meeting of December 21, 2023.
