THAT Council receives the Consent Agenda items 6.1 to 6.27 with item 6.16 removed for discussion, and approves the May 11, 2023 Special Council Minutes and the May 18, 2023 Regular Council Minutes.

THAT Council dissolve the Committee on Affordable & Attainable Housing (CAAH) and work with community organizations on affordable and attainable housing.

THAT Council receives the “Committee on Affordable & Attainable Housing (CAAH) Update” report for information.

THAT Council receives the "Application for Plan of Subdivision submitted by Zelinka Priamo Limited on behalf of 789274 Ontario Inc. (WP 23-01)" report; and THAT Council APPROVE Application WP 23-01 for Plan of Subdivision submitted by Zelinka Priamo Limited on behalf of 789274 Ontario Inc., for the lands described as Part Park Lot 47, Reg. Plan 339, Part 2 44R6017, Mitchell Ward, Municipality of West Perth subject to the Conditions of Draft Approval listed in Schedule C, attached.

THAT Council receives the “Perth County Comments on Proposed Provincial Policy Statement ERO Number 019-6813” report; and THAT Council refer the matter to Staff to prepare a report back to Council for consideration at the July 6th council meeting.

THAT Council receives the “Mid-Year Activities Update Report from Stratford-Perth Archives for MSSC”; and THAT Council approve the report for submission to the MSSC Meeting of June 15, 2023

THAT Perth County Council receives the “Municipal Shared Services Committee – Perth Paramedic Services 2022 Final Report” report for information; and That Council approve the "Municipal Shared Services Committee – Perth Paramedic Services 2022 Final Report" for submission to the June 15, 2023 meeting of the Municipal Shared Services Committee.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “Tiered Response – Paramedic & Fire Services 2023” report for information; and Page 5 of 7 THAT Council authorize the Warden and Clerk to execute the Tiered Response Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Perth County Paramedic Services and the Stratford Fire Department, St. Marys Fire Department, North Perth Fire Department, Perth East Fire Department, West Perth Fire Department, and Biddulph/Blanshard Fire Department (Granton).

THAT By-law 3931-2023 be read a first, second and third time; and finally passed this 1st day of June 2023.

THAT Perth County Council move into Closed Session at approximately 10:41 a.m. in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act S.O. 2001, c. 25 (as amended) to consider: • A matter pertaining to labour relations (Planning) • A matter pertaining to security of municipal property (Facilities)

THAT By-law 3932-2023, being a By-law to confirm the proceedings of Council of the Corporation of the County of Perth at its regular meeting held June 1, 2023 is read a first, second and third time; and finally passed June 1, 2023.

THAT the Council meeting be adjourned at approximately 10:59 a.m.
