THAT the July 7, 2022 Agenda be approved.

THAT Council receives the Consent Agenda items 5.1 to 5.10, and approves the June 16, 2022 Council Minutes as amended.

MOTION TO RECESS REGULAR COUNCIL THAT Regular Council recess for the purpose of holding the Planning Public Meeting at approximately 9:07 a.m.

THAT Regular Council reconvene at approximately 9:41 a.m.

THAT Council receives the report titled “Perth County Partners Greenhouse Gas Workplan – 2022 and Beyond”; and Page 2 of 8 THAT Council approves the draft Workplan and directs staff to report back in Q4 of 2022 on the project status.

THAT Perth County Council receives the report entitled “Application for County Official Plan Amendment # 207 by Bautec Industries Inc." affecting lands described as Con 8 N Pt Lot 18, Mornington Ward, Township of Perth East, (7278 Road 116), for information; and THAT Perth County Council APPROVES the Official Plan Amendment # 207 to the County of Perth Official Plan pertaining to the lands at Con 8 N Pt Lot 18, Mornington Ward, Township of Perth East, (7278 Road 116).

THAT Perth County Council receives the report entitled “Application for County Official Plan Amendment # 208 by Lena & Sidney Martin" affecting lands described as Concession 6, South Part of Lot 15 and Concession 5, Part of Lot 15, Mornington Ward, Township of Perth East, (6870 Road 121), for information; and THAT Perth County Council APPROVES the Official Plan Amendment # 208 to the County of Perth Official Plan pertaining to the lands at Concession 6, South Part of Lot 15 and Concession 5, Part of Lot 15, Mornington Ward, Township of Perth East, (6870 Road 121).

THAT Council receives the “May 2022 Forestry Inspector's Report” for information.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “Amendment of Tax Rates within the Requisition By-Law 2019 - 2021” report.

THAT Council receives the “Cultivating Opportunity Grant Program” report; and Page 4 of 8 THAT Council approves the "Cultivating Opportunity Grant Program Policy".

THAT Council approves "Option 2" for assessing Community Stream grant applications.

THAT staff be authorized issue a purchase order during 2022 to Crestline Coach Ltd., to replace (2) two ambulances as scheduled to be replaced during 2023; and, THAT staff be authorized to purchase (2) Stryker Stretchers Powerload Stretcher Capital Reserve as scheduled to be purchased during 2023.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “Tender Results 2022-031-03 Supply of Bulk Highway Salts” report; and THAT Perth County Council award Tender 2022-031-03 to Compass Minerals Canada Corp.; and THAT Perth County Council authorize the Warden and Clerk to execute the agreement between the Corporation of the County of Perth and Compass Minerals Canada Corp.

THAT By-law 3883-2022 be read a first, second and third time; and finally passed this 7th day of July 2022.

THAT Perth County Council move into Closed Session at approximately 11:46 a.m. in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act S.O. 2001, c. 25 (as amended) to consider: • A matter pertaining to security of municipal property (Facilities)

THAT By-law 3887-2022, being a By-law to confirm the proceedings of Council of the Corporation of the County of Perth at its regular meeting held July 7, 2022 is read a first, second and third time; and finally passed July 7, 2022.
