THAT Council receives the Consent Agenda items 5.1 to 5.4, and approves the December 3, 2020 Council Minutes; and THAT Item 5.3 - Region of Peel - Resolution - Violence Against Paramedics be discussed when Paramedics present their report.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “POA Operational Update to County Council & MSSC" report for information.

THAT Perth County Council receives “Paramedic Services Municipal Shared Services Committee Update” for information; and THAT This report be provided to the Municipal Shared Services Committee for the December 17, 2020 meeting.

THAT Perth County Council receives “Stair Chair Purchase – Medavie Pricing” for information; and THAT Council Approve the purchase of Striker Brand Stair Chairs using Medavie Health Services preferred pricing.

THAT Council direct Staff to prepare a letter of support for the Region of Peel resolution on Violence Against Paramedics.

THAT Council receives the “Emergency Management Program” report; and THAT Council approves the updates to the Emergency Management Program with the addition of the Deputy Warden to the Emergency Control Group.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “Status Update for OPA 189: Surplus Farm Dwelling - Proposed Policy Amendments” report for information; and THAT Perth County Council DEFERS a decision on OPA 189 until The Municipality of North Perth's questions have been addressed as per their correspondence dated November 11th, 2020."

THAT County Council receive the report entitled “Application for County Official Plan Amendment by MHBC Planning Ltd. (Pierre Chauvin, MCIP, RPP) on behalf of Del and Bonnie Cressman (OPA 195)” for information; and THAT the respective By-law be presented for approval; and THAT County Council APPROVE the Application for Official Plan Amendment by MHBC Planning Ltd. (Pierre Chauvin, MCIP, RPP) on behalf of Del and Bonnie Cressman (OPA 195) for property described as Lot 10 and East Part of Lot 9, Concession 3, Elma Ward, Municipality of North Perth.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “MSSC Report for Stratford- Perth Archives / Preservation Policy; and THAT Council approve the policy and the report for submission to the MSSC meeting of December 17, 2020.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “2021 Board & Committee Appointments” report; and THAT Council approves the Board and Committee Appointments.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “General Insurance” report; and THAT Council approve the General Insurance and Risk Management Services contract for 2021 to AON Reed Stenhouse Inc.; and THAT the Treasurer be authorized to sign the necessary documents to effect the renewals;

THAT Perth County Council receives the “ICIP COVID-19 Resilience Grant” report for information; and THAT Perth County Council approve the submission of an application to the ICIP COVID-19 Resilience stream to Renovation to Paramedic Service Head Quarters and Stratford Base and Renovation to Perth County Courthouse.

THAT Perth County Council receives the 2021 Budget Presentation.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “Committee on Affordable and Attainable Housing - Update” report for information; and THAT Council approves the Committee's recommended mandate and Page 7 of 10 composition changes to the Terms of Reference.
