(NP 20-01) affecting property described as Part of Lot 19, Registrar’s Compiled Plan No. 487 (Geographic Township of Wallace), in the Municipality of North Perth (19 McLaren Ave. North, Listowel) dated December 3, 2020 prepared by MHBC Planning, Consulting Planners for Perth County, for information; AND THAT the Council of the County of Perth APPROVE the application for Draft Plan of Vacant Land Condominium Approval by Scott J. Patterson on behalf of Makem Developments Inc. THAT Perth County Council receives the report entitled Application for County Official Plan Amendment (No. 194) by 2516459 Ontario Ltd. affecting lands described as Part of Lots 7 and 8, Concession 5 (Ellice Ward), Township of Perth East (4282 Line 39, Perth East) dated November 17, 2020 prepared by the Consulting Planner on behalf of the County of Perth, for information; and THAT the Council of the County of Perth APPROVE the Application for an Official Plan Amendment (No. 194) by 2516459 Ontario Ltd. affecting lands described as Part of Lots 7 and 8, Concession 5 (Ellice Ward), Township of Perth East (4282 Line 39, Perth East); and THAT By-law No. 3787-2020 be passed, being a By-law to adopt Amendment No. 194 to the County of Perth Official Plan (attached to this report as Schedule H).

THAT Perth County Council receives the “TIAO Regional Relief and Recovery Fund Update” report for information.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “Opportunity Lives Here Website Administration” report for information; and THAT staff be directed to transfer administrative responsibility for Opportunity Lives Here to the Town of St. Marys.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “Southwestern Integrated Fibre Technology Inc (SWIFT) Loan Guarantee Execution” report for information; AND THAT Perth County Council approve By-Law 3788-2020 to authorize the Warden and Clerk to execute the Loan Guarantee.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “Q3 Variance with Year-End Projections” report for information.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “Designating Through Highways By-law Update” report for information; and THAT Perth County Council authorize Schedule A of By-law 2956 by removing Perth Line 37 and adding Perth Line 36 from City of Stratford limits to Perth Road 135.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “Tender Results - Tandem Axle Cab & Chassis” report for information; and THAT Perth County Council award Tender 2020-033-037 for the supply of three (3) Tandem Axle Cab & Chassis to Altruck International Truck Centres for the total tendered price of $427,740.00 excluding HST; and THAT Perth County Council include the provisional Extended Warranty item with their purchase for an additional cost of approximately $5,000.00 excluding HST.

THAT Council refers the matter to Staff to seek consultation with community groups/members to address the Notice of Motion; and

That staff bring a report back to Council on a Charter for Perth County on Anti- Racism and Inclusivity

THAT By-law 3789-2020, being a By-law to confirm the proceedings of Council of the Corporation of the County of Perth at its regular meeting held December 3, 2020 is read a first, second and third time; and finally passed December 3, 2020.
