(NP 20-01) affecting property described as Part of Lot 19, Registrar’s Compiled Plan No. 487 (Geographic Township of Wallace), in the Municipality of North Perth (19 McLaren Ave. North, Listowel) dated December 3, 2020 prepared by MHBC Planning, Consulting Planners for Perth County, for information; and THAT County Council receive comments from the public for consideration of the Application for Draft Plan of Vacant Land Condominium while reserving a decision whether or not to approve the application at the Regular Meeting of Perth County Council being held on December 3, 2020.
