THAT the Land Division Committee approve the agenda for July 25, 2022 Land Division Committee meeting.

THAT the Land Division Committee approve the minutes from the April 25, 2022 Land Division Committee meeting.

THAT the Perth County Land Division Committee receives the “Application for Consent to Sever – (No. B32/21), Lot 24, Concession 17, Elma Ward (55570 Line 57), Municipality of North Perth” report; and THAT the Perth County Land Division Committee DEFER the application to allow the Applicant to provide an updated sketch for review by the Land Division Committee.

THAT the Perth County Land Division Committee receives the “Application for Consent to Sever (No. B17/22) by Bill and Montana Wilson” report; and THAT the Perth County Land Division Committee APPROVE the application for Consent to Sever (No. B17/22) by Bill and Montana Wilson affecting lands described as Part Lot 25, Concession 6, South Easthope Ward (3425 Road 108A, Perth East) with the following conditions: 1. That confirmation be received from a solicitor that the Certificate of the Official will be scanned and attached to the electronic registration of the Transfer; 2. That the County be provided with a description that is consistent with the application and equal to that required for registration of a deed/transfer or other conveyance of interest in land under the provision of the Registry Act or Land Titles Act (2 copies of Registered Reference Plan required and an electronic file containing the digital plotting of the description under the provision of the Registry Act or Land Titles Act, including the textual description of file format, map standards used, scale, and location information such as lot, concession and municipality in a georeferenced Autocad.dwg format).
