THAT the June 28, 2021 Agenda be approved.

THAT the Land Division Committee approve the minutes from the May 31, 2021 Land Division Committee meeting.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “Application for Consent to Sever (No. B08/21) by John McKercher on behalf of Howard and Valari Fanson” report for information. THAT County of Perth Land Division Committee APPROVE the Application for Consent to Sever by John McKercher on behalf of Howard and Valari Fanson affecting lands described as Lot 28, Concession 7, Fullarton Ward, Municipality of West Perth (6179 Line 26) subject to the following conditions: 1. That confirmation be received from a solicitor that the Certificate of the Official will be scanned and attached to the electronic registration of the Transfer; 2. That the Committee be provided with a description that is consistent with the application and equal to that required for registration of a deed/transfer or other conveyance of interest in land under the provision of the Registry Act or Land Titles Act (2 copies of Registered Reference Plan required and an electronic file containing the digital plotting of the description under the provision of the Registry Act or Land Titles Act, including the textual description of file format, map standards used, scale, and location information such as lot, concession and municipality in a georeferenced Autocad.dwg format). THAT Perth County Council receives the “Title of Report” report for information and THAT Perth County Council APPROVE the modification to the approved conditions for the Terpstra Drying Inc Consent Application, File No. B33-19; Part of Lot 28, Concession 9 (5400 Perth Line 72), Elma Ward, Municipality of North Perth; and that in doing so the approved area of the surplus farm dwelling severance will be reduced to 0.65 hectares (1.52 acres) and exclude the accessory shed and an area of land containing cultivated land.
