THAT the May 31, 2021 Agenda be approved.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “Appointment of Land Division Secretary-Treasurer and Deputy Land Division Secretary-Treasurer” report for information; AND THAT Rachel Suffern be appointed as the Land Division Secretary- Treasurer; AND THAT David Gundrum be appointed as the Deputy Land Division Secretary-Treasurer.

THAT Perth County Council receives the “Application for Consent to Sever (No. B05/21) by 2485500 Ontario Ltd. on behalf of David and Margo Carson Lot 19, Concession 1, Wallace Ward” report for information; AND THAT Perth County Council the County of Perth Land Division Committee or its designate APPROVE the Application for Consent to Sever (No. B05/21), Lot 19, Concession 1, Wallace Ward, Municipality of North Perth (5618 Perth Line 86), subject to the following conditions: County of Perth Conditions: Page 2 of 8 1) That confirmation be received from a solicitor that the Certificate of the Official will be scanned and attached to the electronic registration of the Transfer; 2) That the County be provided with a description that is consistent with the application and equal to that required for registration of a deed/transfer or other conveyance of interest in land under the provision of the Registry Act or Land Titles Act (2 copies of Registered Reference Plan required and an electronic file containing the digital plotting of the description under the provision of the Registry Act or Land Titles Act, including the textual description of file format, map standards used, scale, and location information such as lot, concession and municipality in a georeferenced Autocad.dwg format). THAT the Council of Perth Land Division Committee receive the report entitled Application for Consent to Sever – Surplus Farm Dwelling (No. B02/21) by Van Nes Farms Ltd. affecting lands described as Lot 8, Concession 8, Downie Ward, Township of Perth South (4258 Line 20) dated Monday May 31, 2021 prepared by the County Planning Department, for information; AND THAT the County of Perth Land Division Committee South APPROVE the Application for Consent to Sever – Surplus Farm Dwelling (No. B02/21) made by Van Nes Farms Ltd., subject to the following conditions: Standard County Conditions 1.
