THAT the County of Perth Land Division Committee receive the report entitled Application for Consent to Sever (No. B48/20) by Ross Alexander McTavish affecting lands described as Lot 7, Concession 6, Mornington Ward (4575 Line 72, Township of Perth East) dated January12, 2021 prepared by MHBC Planning, Consulting Planner on behalf of the County of Perth, for information; AND THAT the County of Perth Land Division Committee DEFER the Application for Consent to Sever (No. B48/20) to give the Applicant additional time and opportunity to further review the Consent proposal with County Planning staff as it concerns the land area required to accommodate a proposed geothermal system for the residential use located on the property.
